The real number is concentration, not breadth.93 builds is a serious body of work, but value follows the 3β4 that get users + revenue. SONIQ (live SaaS), CLINIQ (huge TAM, beachhead locked), GRAVITAS Pro (live 23-agent engine), and the rank-and-rent sites (got-hurt, hookah lounge) have the clearest path to a check.
Live + monetizable today:27+ builds are deployed β SONIQ, GRAVITAS Pro, protrader, Giflii, Prospect Sweep, NuWav Rotation, plus the client sites (MediCab, KLASSIK, pre-needs, Green Lantern, Doo Good) could invoice now. That's where the first real dollars are.
New this pass β the engine IP is an asset, not just tooling. GRAVITAS, CADENCE, the rank-and-rent engine, and the blindside/blog-graph/schema SEO stack are productized, repeatable revenue engines (each already sells as a client engagement). That's a moat the per-site work doesn't have.
Strongest standalone asset: SONIQ β a live AI-songwriting SaaS with pricing, quotas, and a real frontend. GRAVITAS Pro is the runner-up now that it's live and already powering paid client output.
Biggest unrealized swing: CLINIQ β telehealth + billing is a 7β8 figure category. It's 45% done but the hard architecture call (per-tenant DO, collapsed HIPAA surface) is already made.
The honest discount: "almost complete" is where value goes to die β the IQ cluster (SparqIQ, Gravitiq, Prospect IQ, GrantIQ) is live shells, not finished products. The gap from 60% β paying-users is usually more work than the first 60%. The portfolio's job now is to finish-and-monetize a focused few, not start more.
